@dsolo3250Blood cells aren't doughnuts! Also, chi can be projected over distances, exists in plants, etc., therefore chi and blood are not always linked.

@PLANETPYRMA Well from a medical standpoint its not the most accurate, e.g. the damaged erythrocytes are filtered by the spleen and then phagocytized by macrophages. It not like they are expelled by the lungs or anything. And also they actually ripe from haematopoietic stem cells and aren't reproducing via mitosis, they dont even have a nucleus so how could they.
I do love QiGong, it has great benefits on the body and I like the videos too though.
