begin to remove stumbling blocks that keep me trapped—whether it is self-hatred, resentment toward others, or the weight of unforgiveness.
In that space, I remember that God’s heart is far bigger than mine. His love reaches into places I thought were too broken, too hardened, or too unworthy. Breaking strong. He hardens hearts. I thought I couldn’t love myself until I realized His deep love for me. Because of His love, I see myself differently, and I see others differently too. With His Spirit, I can move forward in freedom, because of his grace, and His limitless capacity to love.

1. Where am I holding on to unforgiveness—toward myself or others—that God is inviting me to release?
2. How can I set aside my own expectations today and simply listen for God’s word to guide me?
3. What happens to my heart when I pause and let myself feel God’s unconditional love for me?
